Thai Chicken

with mango chutney

Mix a tsp of curry paste into a cup of mango chutney and spread over pizza base.

Top with chicken and pine nuts. Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.

Place your pizza on a pre-heated oven tray in an oven set to 180C and cook for between 10 – 15 minutes.

Remove the pizza and sprinkle liberally with chopped coriander before serving.

1 Romano’s pizza crust
1 cup mango chutney
1 tsp Thai curry paste
2 chicken breats, cooked and cut into strips
50g pine nuts
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Fresh coriander, chopped
