Peaches & Cream Cheese

In a bowl mix the cream cheese, 2 tbsp white sugar and the egg. Spread mixture over pizza crust.

Arrange drained peaches over the cream cheese mixture. In another bowl combine the flour and remaining sugar. Rub in butter. Distribute evenly over peach halves and sprinkle with almonds.

Place your pizza on a pre-heated oven tray in an oven set to 200C and cook for between 12 – 15 minutes.

Cut into wedges and serve warm with cream or ice cream.

1 Romano’s pizza crust
200g cream cheese
1 egg
1 can peach halves, drained well
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sliced almonds
