Place filling on one half of the base and fold over.

Cook in your sandwich press for 5 – 8 minutes until golden brown.

1 mushroom, sliced
Red & green pepper, sliced
1 Chorizo sausage, sliced
50g Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tbsp tomato chutney
