Veggie Feast

Spread base with sun-dried tomato pesto.

Sprinkle with onion and carrot. Cover with spinach, broccoli and pumpkin.

Place cooked potato cubes over pizza.

Sprinkle with feta and Mozzarella cheese.

Place your pizza on a pre-heated oven tray in an oven set to 180C and cook for between 15 – 20 minutes.

1 Romano’s pre-sauced crispy pizza base
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
1 onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, cut into cubes
Fresh spinach, stalks removed
1 cup broccoli
1 cup pumpkin, cut into cubes and place on oven tray. Mix 3 tbsp oil, 3tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp garlic. Pour over top of potato cubes and cook at 200C.
Feta cheese, crumbled
Mozzarella cheese, grated
