Berry & Banana

Spoon custard over base and place sliced banana over custard.

In a cup mix sugar into berries and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix again, leaving a chunky berry sauce. Drain excess liquid and pour remaining pulp over bananas.

Drizzle with maple syrup.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes at 180C. Allow to cool before cutting.

1 Romano’s pizza crust
½ cup ready-made custard
2 large bananas, sliced
3 tbsp mixed frozen berries
1 tsp sugar
Maple syrup
